You will work closely with residents, families, professionals and external stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and positive relationships. You will confidently deputise for the Home Manager when required and play an active role in driving quality, occupancy readiness and a positive team culture.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong clinical background with excellent attention to detail and quality
  • Experience working with older people in a nursing or care home setting
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to support, mentor and develop staff
  • Confidence to deputise for the Home Manager when required
