As Learning Solutions Manager, you’ll play a key role in turning Hawksmoor’s learning and development strategy into simple, effective solutions that genuinely work on the ground. This role sits at the heart of our Support Team and works closely with restaurant leaders and L&D Managers to build learning systems, tools and insights that improve capability, consistency and performance across the business.

This is a hands-on role that blends learning design, systems thinking and data insight. You’ll focus on making learning easy to access, relevant and measurable, ensuring our platforms, pathways and programmes are widely adopted and clearly aligned to Hawksmoor standards and values.

What you'll do

Design and implement scalable learning solutions that support operational excellence
Own and continuously improve our learning platform, ensuring content, pathways and data are clear, relevant and easy to use
Turn business and operational changes into practical learning tools and resources
Build and maintain learning dashboards and insights that support better decision making
Work closely with L&D Managers and leaders to embed learning across restaurants and central teams
Lead learning campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement and adoption
Use data and feedback to evaluate impact and continuously improve learning experiences
Who You Are
  • Experienced in learning design, L&D systems or learning operations
  • Confident working with LMS or LXP platforms and learning data
  • Organised, analytical and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • A strong collaborator who enjoys working across teams and sites
  • Passionate about making learning simple, practical and impactful
  • Values-led and motivated by building capability through people development
