Your Role:
As a skilled Children's Support Worker you’ll deliver compassionate, clinical care to a young child with complex needs in their home. Your responsibilities will include:
• Airway management (basic & advanced techniques)
• PEG feeding (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
• Managing seizures and dystonia
• Administering medication
• Providing personal care
• Supporting social and recreational engagement
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in care (children or adults) or a genuine passion for supporting people with complex needs

Willingness to learn clinical skills such as medication administration, PEG feeding, and seizure/dystonia management with full training and ongoing support provided

A warm, caring, and bubbly personality with a calm and reassuring approach

Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with families

A strong commitment to safeguarding and delivering person-centred care

Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude to learning

Full UK driving licence preferred due to remote client locations
