Female Complex Care Assistant
(This role is open to female applicants only due to the personal care needs of the client, in line with the Equality Act 2010.)

Location: St Leonards-on-Sea
Hourly Pay: £16.07 – £18.21 (dependent on experience and training)
Requirement: Full UK driving licence (required to support the client with community access and activities)

Shifts Available:

• Monday: 5:00pm – 11:00pm / 7:00am – 11:30pm

• Thursday: 7:00am – 11:30pm

• Friday: 5:00pm – 11:30pm (every other Friday)

• Saturday: 7:30am – 11:30pm

• Sunday: 7:30am – 5:30pm

Shifts may be offered individually or as part of a rota. Further details will be discussed during the interview process.

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Care Assistant to support one of our clients with complex health needs in their own home.

The client enjoys swimming, bowling, and watching TV, so you’ll play a key role in helping them live a fulfilling and active life while providing high-quality, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing personal care and mobility support

• Supporting with clinical and health-related tasks

• Encouraging comfort, independence, and positive engagement

• Supporting the client to access the community and social activities

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Previous care experience (complex care experience desirable)

• Full UK driving licence

• A willingness to learn and develop clinical skills

Full training and clinical competency sign-off will be provided, including:

• Suprapubic catheter care

• PEG feeding

• Medication via gastrostomy

• Dystonia management
