We’re now looking for a Distribution & Commercial Support Executive to join our Commercial team, playing a vital role in keeping our hotels competitive, connected and guest-focused across all distribution channels.

As a Distribution & Commercial Support Executive, you’ll be at the core of our commercial operations, ensuring seamless connectivity and accurate distribution across all systems and channels. You’ll combine attention to detail with analytical thinking to support pricing accuracy, availability and brand consistency - helping our hotels perform at their best.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with systems and data, and collaborating across commercial, sales and marketing teams.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing connectivity processes between CRS, PMS and third-party distribution channels
  • Loading rates, sales conditions and pricing rules across CRS/PMS and connected systems
  • Monitoring pricing, availability and yield control messaging to minimise errors and downtime
  • Supporting hotels with RMS connectivity and pricing rule creation
  • Updating content and copy across distribution channels, ensuring brand standards and consistency
  • Assisting with audits, identifying issues and escalating errors to the relevant teams
  • Providing reliable commercial support that helps drive revenue and enhance the guest experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with hotel teams and central functions
  • Commercially aware, with an interest in pricing, distribution and revenue performance
  • Clear communicator who values accuracy, transparency and teamwork

Experience within hospitality, distribution systems, CRS/PMS or revenue environments is beneficial, but we’re equally interested in your potential, mindset and willingness to learn.
