Wentworth Club is one of the world’s finest private members Golf and Country Clubs, famous for its outstanding three Championship golf courses, in addition to a luxury Tennis & Health Club. The Club is surrounded and entwined within the Wentworth Estate, one of the most prestigious private estates in the London suburbs where many of the world’s premier golfers have their home.

Our Golf Internship Programme is designed for ambitious individuals seeking first-hand experience in the operations of a premier private golf club. Working closely with the Golf Operations, Retail, and Competitions teams, as well as our skilled PGA Professionals, you’ll gain practical, front-line exposure to the day-to-day running of an exclusive private Members’ club.

Internship dates: 1st April 2026 - 30th September 2026

Key areas of activity:

• Driving range and first tee set-up and management.
• Management of golf buggies, Member bags, and other hire equipment.
• Support smooth on-course flow and Member arrival experiences.
• Assist in organising and delivering Member tournaments and club events.
• Support scoring, pace of play, and on-course logistics.
• Assist with junior events and matches.
• Deliver exceptional and personal service to Members and guests.
• Experience the behind-the-scenes operation of a DP World Tour event.
• Assist with merchandising, product knowledge and customer service within the Pro Shop.
• Shadow Golf Operations and PGA Professionals in the day-to-day Golf Operations.
