HR Director

We currently have 28 venues globally, 7 of which are in London, with 2 more exciting openings to come in London within the next 5 months and 2 new outlets in the Far East. Notwithstanding the challenging conditions in the UK hospitality industry, we remain in a strong position to grow in the UK and globally.

We are excited to welcome a highly experienced, dynamic and proactive HR Director to lead and further develop our HR function. We are looking for someone keen to contribute to the growth of both the company and the HR function, who is hands on, works closely with operations as a trusted advisor and can take full ownership of the HR function with decisive leadership and confidence. The ideal candidate is passionate about sustaining a high performing HR function while supporting the broader growth of the company. This is a dynamic role for a leader who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact. Hospitality or retail experience is essential.

The current HR Director, who is moving on for personal reasons, will provide a thorough handover to ensure a seamless transition and continuity across all HR initiatives.

This role reports directly to our Operations Director, works closely with the COO and CFO and plays a vital part in elevating our people. The role is based in London.

We are looking for a talented ambitious and passionate individual who is particularly interested in:

• Leading and managing all aspects of HR
• Partnering with leadership to ensure HR strategy aligns with business goals and operational needs
• Providing expert guidance and support to managers and employees across all HR matters
• Fostering a positive, high performance culture that reflects the company’s values and growth ambitions
• Continuously reviewing and enhancing HR policies, processes and practices
