Set in the heart of the picturesque Fowey, our luxury family hotel is nestled along the stunning cornish coastline, surrounded by breath taking natural beauty.
We are deicated to providing our guests with an exceptional experience, and we are currently looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Fowey Hotel.

This is a permanent position, at 35 hours per week (including weekends), with a salary of £22,000 per annum- plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.

Role

As a Food and Beverage Assistant your core purpose will be:

-Support and deliver a fantastic LFH Service: You will work together as a team and alongside the kitchen team to deliver fantastic service to our guests.

- Make long lasting unique memories: We welcome your charisma and personality and encourage you to create memories and relationships with our guests – especially the littlest ones!

- Ensure a safe dining experience: You will endeavour to be diligent and knowledgeable of all our menu offerings and understanding allergens to keep our guests safe.

Your ability to make connections, graciousness, courage and your individuality is welcomed and celebrated here at LFH.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

- Charisma, Engaging personality and passion for hospitality and providing great service to our guests.
- Ability to interact with all guests and ability to have fun and engage with our younger diners.
