We are a team of experienced professionals who tailor our catering service provision specifically to suit children of all ages in order to meet the bespoke requirements of each school.

We are seeking Chef De Partie to join our culinary team in Scarborough, United Kingdom. This is a term-time position, working 40 hours per week. 

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your designated section
• Assist in menu planning and development of new recipes
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations and health and safety standards
• Manage and organise your designated section of the kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef as required
• Contribute to stock management and ordering processes
• Adapt menus to accommodate dietary requirements and allergens

• Proven experience in a culinary role
• Valid food hygiene knowledge 
• Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation processes
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a kitchen setting
• Flexibility to work during term time, including evenings and weekends as required
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary
• Passion for creating high-quality, delicious meals
