Job Description

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our front of house team at The Reserve. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an integral role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless, memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

Working alongside a passionate and dedicated team, you’ll help set the tone for exceptional service, working in a unique and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with warmth, friendliness, and professionalism
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle guest requests, questions, and bookings
• Liaise with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Support the front office team in maintaining high standards of service

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred
• A natural communicator with a warm and confident manner
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Comfortable using hotel systems and technology
• Flexible and reliable, with a passion for hospitality
