Marketing Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our central Marketing team. This is a key role acting as the link between our brand, our hotels, and the guest experience — ensuring that marketing activity is delivered consistently, commercially, and in line with De Vere standards.

Working closely with hotel leadership teams, Property Marketing Executives, Sales, People & Culture, Revenue, Operations and agency partners, you’ll support the delivery of BAU marketing activity while driving improvements, championing brand standards, and upskilling colleagues across the portfolio.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing day-to-day marketing activity across the group, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
• Supporting hotel teams with local marketing initiatives, sales materials, operational collateral, menus, F&B promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Auditing marketing activity across properties, identifying improvements and providing clear strategic direction.
• Acting as the primary marketing contact for Executive teams on property, ensuring local plans support business performance.
• Owning and overseeing marketing systems including Canva, Bynder, Yo Deck, SABA and WAY — supporting and training colleagues to maximise usage.
• Updating and auditing property webpages via Drupal and supporting digital content, SEO, paid social and PR activity.
• Collaborating closely with central channel specialists to ensure campaigns and group activations land effectively at hotel level.

What you’ll bring

Strong experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality or a multi-site environment.

• A hands-on, proactive approach and the ability to build strong relationships across departments and properties.
• Confidence managing multiple projects and adapting to changing business priorities within a small but senior marketing team.
• A keen eye for brand standards and the ability to coach and guide colleagues on best practice.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• A positive, “can-do” attitude, aligned with our Engaging Hospitality values.
