We’re looking for a powerhouse GM to take the lead at one of our much-loved neighbourhood restaurants. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love a buzzing floor, and can keep a team energised through every brunch rush and dinner peak, you’ll feel right at home with us.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the restaurant: leading from the front, owning the vibe, and driving the numbers like a pro. You’ll know how to maximise sales without losing the magic, keep labour and stock tighter than a perfectly rolled flatbread, and make smart commercial calls when it matters most. Smash your targets, grow your team, and build a business that guests (and the P&L) adore.

💙 What's in it for you?

Pay

💸 Salary package of up to £45,000 per year* (combined fixed annual salary and base tronc), plus additional, uncapped tronc potential, based on site performance. Overall, on track earnings £52,000 based on current site performance.
