Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef who will help shape an elevated dining experience in a truly unique setting. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key part in leading the kitchen team, developing seasonal menus and ensuring every plate reflects the resort’s commitment to quality, creativity and sustainability.

This role offers the chance to influence style, standards and guest experience as the resort grows, while working with a team who value integrity, warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities
• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen management
• Lead, mentor and develop junior chefs
• Maintain outstanding standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
• Assist with ordering, stock control and minimising waste
• Contribute to menu development that reflects our identity and ethos
• Oversee kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and allergen procedures

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-quality or luxury environment
• A genuine passion for seasonal and sustainably sourced cooking
• Strong leadership skills with a supportive, encouraging approach
• Calm, organised and able to thrive in a busy kitchen
• Someone who takes pride in hospitality and delivering memorable experiences
