We are recruiting a warm, creative and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator on a fixed term contract for a minimum of nine months to cover maternity leave. If you have a passion for brightening people’s days and creating meaningful experiences, this is a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

What We Offer

  •  £12.21 per hour
  •  Contracted to 40 hours per week
  •  Pension scheme
  •  Onsite parking
  •  Paid DBS
  •  Uniform provided
  •  5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

What You Will Do
As the Activities Coordinator, you will design and deliver a varied programme of events and one to one sessions that encourage social interaction, creativity and enjoyment, always tailored to the needs and preferences of each resident. You will take time to learn residents’ life stories and interests so activities have purpose and meaning, supporting emotional wellbeing and promoting connection. You will work closely with colleagues and families to co ordinate meaningful routines and outings, maintain accurate records of participation, and help create an environment where residents feel engaged, supported and valued.
