The Type of Profiles We Would Love to Connect With
We look for individuals who take ownership of their work and enjoy solving problems. You will likely have experience managing preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, working with contractors, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are upheld. You might currently be a hands-on technician ready to step up, or a seasoned leader who enjoys coaching and organising a team.
You would be successful with us if you are:
• Self-motivated, organised, and dependable
• Comfortable balancing planned maintenance with daily operational needs
• A clear communicator who works well with both colleagues and external contractors
• Someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, well-presented and efficient environment
