At Clermont Hotel Group, our extraordinary hospitality starts with our extraordinary people - and that includes the talented teams who make everything happen behind the scenes. We’re now looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Shared Services team, supporting our Accounts Payable function and helping to keep our financial operations running seamlessly across our hotels.
In this role, you’ll bring clarity, accuracy and organisation to every task - from processing invoices and managing commissions, to reconciling statements and resolving queries with confidence and care. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes pride in precision, and is ready to grow their career within a supportive, people-first business.
What you’ll be doing
- Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely, accurate payments
- Managing commission reconciliations and supporting supplier relationships
- Handling invoice and payment queries with professionalism and transparency
- Assisting with statement reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with colleagues across finance and hotel teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement

- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proven experience in a finance role with a history of achieving strong results
- Analytical skills that support effective financial decision-making
- Passion for providing high standards of service and a commitment to learning and growth
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A solid understanding of finance operations and processes
