Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for supporting the marketing department with day-to-day admin tasks
• Assist with the daily management of multiple social media platforms, creating original and engaging content and leading the community management
• Helping to conduct monthly stock takes and ordering of branded and non-branded collateral
• Creating marketing and sales copy for a range of collateral including brochures, print ads etc.
• Using Adobe Suite to design marketing assets for Grantley Hall where needed
• Assisting with F&B marketing requirements for Grantley Hall’s five restaurants, updating menu templates and ensuring accuracy of menu information on all channels
• Assisting with photoshoots and providing admin support for all media produced, i.e. editing, resizing, exporting images/videos and filing them appropriately
• Compiling monthly and weekly reports
• Collating and distributing reviews to the wider teams and departments
• Identify new trends in marketing to ensure the Grantley Hall remains at the forefront of industry developments
• Making sure brand guidelines are maintained throughout the hotel
• Assist in the development and implementation of Grantley Hall’s marketing strategy and campaigns
• Assist the marketing and sales teams with additional marketing related requests as required.
Key Skills, Qualities & Experience
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all marketing materials and activities
• Highly organized approach to managing workload, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines efficiently
• Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Adobe software (such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for design and content creation purposes
• Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, agencies and internal stakeholders
• A passion for the hospitality sector or creative industries
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, market trends and business needs in the dynamic hospitality industry
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and hotel operations, to achieve common objectives and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
