A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate People Business Partner to join the Central People team at Axiom Hospitality in London.

In this role, you will lead and support the People team, providing strategic insight across talent acquisition, development, engagement and retention to drive continued business growth. You will also play a key role in supporting and advising on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes in line with company values and legal requirements.
Additionally, you will contribute to the delivery of group-wide People projects and the development and implementation of policies that support our culture and operational ambitions.
Reporting to the People & Culture Director, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure our People strategy aligns with business priorities and delivers tangible value across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support development and implementation of a comprehensive people strategy that aligns seamlessly with our business growth plans
- Collaborate with the leadership team to plan, lead, and execute people-related projects across the organisation
- Establish brand as an employer of choice, utilising innovative methods to attract and retain top-tier talent
- Foster a high-performance and development culture, overseeing quality performance conversations and promoting excellence. Drive effective succession planning and cultivate a well-resourced talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs
- Champion employee engagement by evaluating, identifying, and addressing engagement trends, and measure the successful implementation of initiatives
- Provide expert guidance on various people matters to business leaders and line management.
Experience Required:
- Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Senior HR role within a fast-paced, growing hospitality or retail busines in the UK.
- A degree and/or HR qualification (CIPD level 5 minimum) preferred
- Strong experience in building and maintaining culture within rapidly growing organisations
- Ability to quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence
- Non-political approach and ability to work effectively at multiple organisational levels
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
