We’re looking for a talented Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious Restaurant Supervisor to play a key role in a dynamic & growing restaurant group with big plans ahead.

You would be joining a driven and passionate team. Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand across two locations, Berenjak is an exciting group of Persian restaurants with three locations in the UK (Soho, Borough Market, Soho Farmhouse) and four internationally (UAE, Qatar and New York).

The Restaurant

Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand, Berenjak is a fast paced, exciting and critically acclaimed Persian restaurant situated in the heart of Soho & Borough Market. The menu reinterprets the classic hole in the wall eateries lining the streets of Tehran. Whereas in Borough, the Berenjak Townhouse journeys out of the centre of Tehran and into the rural foothills of the Alborz mountains which surround the city. We have a passionate, fun & enthusiastic team that embody this culture and re-create, family-oriented memories for guests.

The Position

The Successful Restaurant Supervisor will have:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor in a face paced enviornment;
• Warm and welcoming persona, along with a hands-on approach to work and impeccable attention to detail;
• Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a team;
• Passion for hospitality and a good knowledge of food and beverage;
• Eagerness to learn and develop your career within an award-winning restaurant group.

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the senior management team in supervising day-to-day restaurant operations with warmth and professionalism
• Delivering engaging and informative briefings before service, communicating any updates to the menu, new items, specials, and limited stock
• Monitoring and resolving all guest feedback in service with warmth, confidence, and urgency.
• Leading on opening and closing procedures, demonstrating high attention to detail whilst setting the standards and leading by example.
• Ensure you and your team maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
• Building lasting relationships with regulars and locals, recording preferences and sharing insights with both FOH and BOH teams.
