Constellation is looking for experienced Logistics Porters to join our team!!

We are looking for reliable, hard-working candidates comfortable with heavy lifting, experience in changing beer kegs is desired.

As a part of the Constellation team, you will be encouraged to expand your product and logistics knowledge and provide an excellent client experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Efficiency: Working efficiently to transport heavy loads from location to location and changing alcohol kegs at a fast pace, replenishing stock and using radio communication to receive team requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with our bar team and other staff members to ensure a smooth and punctual service that exceed client expectations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation at the venue throughout your shift.
• Time Keeping: Punctuality is key, arriving on time shows reliability and respect for your role and team.

We're looking for Logistics Porters who are:

• Experienced: Previous experience in a logistics or cellar porter role within events or a fast paced environment. An understanding of manual handling and health and safety procedures. Must be able to lift heavy loads and change kegs.
• Personable: Positive attitude, friendly, reliable and trustworthy. Able to work well within a fully inclusive team.
• Adaptable: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure during busy shifts.
• Team Player: Collaborative and supportive, with a willingness to pitch in and help out wherever needed to ensure the success of the team.
• Good communication – some shifts may require using a radio to communicate.

Pay rate:

£13.21ph + Holiday Pay
