Bank hours: Monday–Friday | 10:30–16:30
Full UK Driving Licence essential

We’re looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our friendly team in Aigburth, Merseyside. This is more than a job — it’s a chance to make a genuine difference in the life of a gentleman living with a brain injury.

Your support will help him stay independent, pursue his passions, and stay connected to the community he loves. Every day will bring new conversations, shared laughs, and moments that truly matter.

Exploring geology as an active member of Liverpool’s Geological Society
Baking his own bread every week (and sharing a good chat while it rises!)
Meeting new people and connecting with familiar faces alike

Your Role

• Provide 1:1 personal and practical care in line with his needs and care plan
• Offer emotional reassurance and positive daily engagement
• Support with medication and promote healthy routines
• Encourage his hobbies and community involvement
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider care team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience supporting someone with a brain injury (essential)
• A caring, confident, and adaptable approach
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
