We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Nomura

We are looking for a strong and reliable Chef de Partie to join our team.

- You must thrive under pressure, bring solid kitchen knowledge, and be a true team player.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality food preparation across stations

- Work effectively under pressure and maintain pace during service

- Stock rotation, food labelling, and adherence to safety standards

- Support the team and contribute to a positive, professional environment

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a busy kitchen

- Ability to perform consistently under pressure

- Strong teamwork mindset and communication skills

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene

A relevant experience are pre-requisite for the role.
