We’re on the hunt for an inspiring Learning & Development Manager to shape the future of our teams and drive our people culture forward.

As part of our People team, you’ll design & deliver engaging training programmes that bring our values to life. From onboarding new team members to developing our leaders of tomorrow. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, people-first business, where no two days are ever the same.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop & deliver training programmes across our restaurants, from front-of-house service standards to leadership development.
• Partner with our Operations team to identify training needs & create learning pathways for career progression.
• Continue the rollout of our new digital learning platform.
• Coach, motivate & inspire managers to embed a culture of learning & continuous improvement.
• Track, evaluate & evolve training effectiveness to ensure we’re delivering results that make a difference.
• Partner with our Food & Beverage team to update food specs for new dishes.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in Learning & Development within hospitality or a customer-focused industry.
• A natural communicator with energy, empathy, & the ability to engage teams at all levels.
• Confident designing & delivering both in-person workshops and digital learning.
• Organised, creative, & able to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day delivery.
• Someone who genuinely loves people, food, & creating great guest experiences.
