Situated on the east bank of the Thames, the four-star New Providence Wharf hotel is a modern luxury retreat near the world-famous O2 Arena, and just 20 minutes from the ExCel Centre and London City Airport.
We are looking for a proavctive, detail orientated, and service-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-quality events. In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and banquets, ensuring exceptional service and seamless event operations.

Your role
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and collaborating effectively to ensure the successful delivery of bespoke events.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Full account management within the Sales segment
Develop and implement proactive sales strategies and business development on a local level
Recognise and care for our key business partners as well as our regular & loyal guests
Use business tools, systems, and databases to forecast and track key account metrics
Leading in house client events in collaboration with the team
Communicate effectively with the hospitality team to identify new opportunities at all levels
Raise the profile of the property by attending brand wide organised events
Support the Director of Sales from time to time on ad hoc projects
Work collaboratively with the wider Operations and Commercial Team
The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change, focused on details and trusting.
The core skills and experience required to succeed:
Enthusiastic, approachable, and friendly character
Previous experience in a hotel sales environment
Knowledge of the local market is preferred
Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Flexibility to attend evening and weekends engagements from time to time
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
