We’re on the lookout for Kiosk Staff & Beer Pourer to join our crew at Harlequins Rugby!️

🕐 Working Hours

In this flexible and active role, you can choose your own shifts to fit around your schedule!

You will however need to complete a minimum of 3 shifts at Harlequins, The Stoop, to be eligible to work elsewhere.

Your Role Responsibilities

Daily tasks may include:

Providing enthusiastic and friendly service to guests

Taking orders and upselling food & drink products

Helping to manage queues

Card-handling and till operation

Cleaning and maintaining kiosks

Restocking your area of work

Requirements

Over 18s only (due to alcohol handling)

Previous customer service experience preferred

Ability to remain calm in busy, high-pressure environments

Confidence when interacting with people

Enthusiastic, energetic and reliable

Strong teamwork skills

Able to show initiative when working

This is an active role, so you must be comfortable walking and standing for long periods.

Must be able to work with and around alcohol.
