About The Role:

We’re seeking a dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Busser to join our Front of House team at Arcade Tottenham Court Road (TCR). As a key contributor to the overall guest experience, you’ll ensure our dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming by helping our servers, hosts, and kitchen staff deliver seamless service.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and values teamwork. As a Busser, you will be responsible for:

• Maintain a Clean Dining Area: Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guest seatings.
• Support the Service Team: Assist servers and hosts during busy times, including pre-bussing tables and refilling guest drinks (where applicable).
• Keep It Stocked: Ensure service stations are fully stocked with cutlery, glassware, napkins, and other necessary items.
• Back-of-House Support: Help maintain a clean and organized back dock area; restock ice and supplies as needed.
• Maintain Cleanliness Standards: Sweep floors, empty trash cans, and follow sanitation guidelines throughout shifts.
• Collaborate: Communicate clearly with hosts, servers, and other bussers to ensure smooth service flow.
