You must have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar high-end catering or restaurant setting.

💼 Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional experience to every guest—every time
• Build genuine rapport with guests and ensure they feel valued
• Work seamlessly as part of a professional, high-performing team
• Confidently upsell food and drink options to enhance the dining experience
• Provide expert wine service, including pairing with dishes
• Run food and drinks with speed and precision in a busy setting
• Maintain grace and composure under pressure—teamwork makes the dream work!

✅ What You Bring to the Table:

• A minimum of 12 months of waiting experience
• A solid understanding of à la carte service
• Confident in taking detailed food & drink orders
• Skilled in carrying, loading, and unloading trays with finesse
• Wine knowledge: pairing, presenting, opening, and pouring wine & champagne
• Fluent in fine dining lingo and menu descriptions
• A calm, confident, and professional presence—even in the busiest moments
