About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People & Culture team at Arcade. This is a part-time internship (3 days per week) on a 3-month fixed-term contract — ideal for someone looking to gain practical, hands-on experience in HR and Recruitment within a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.


As an intern, you’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager and wider HR team, supporting day-to-day recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and general TA Ops administration. If you're currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Management or a related field, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career foundations in HR.

As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll gain exposure to key HR and Recruitment functions, including:

  • Drafting engaging job descriptions and publishing job adverts across various platforms
  • Managing candidate pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assisting in sourcing and attracting suitable talent through job boards and sourcing tools
  • Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinating interview scheduling in collaboration with the wider Operations team
  • Supporting onboarding processes for new hires
  • Ensuring HR documentation complies with legal and internal policy requirements
  • Providing general administrative support to the TA and HR teams
  • Contributing to ad hoc projects across the Talent Acquisition function

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have the Right to Work in the UK and can commit to at least 24 hours per week (essential)
  • Bring at least 1 year of professional work experience (HR or TA experience is a bonus but not essential)
  • Are currently studying or recently completed a degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Have a proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in HR & Recruitment
  • Communicate confidently with strong written and verbal English skills (non-negotiable)
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities (essential)
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and professionalism in handling confidential information (essentiai)
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Achieved or are on track to achieve at least a 2:1 or equivalent degree
  • Can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a calm, organised approach
