About you

The ideal individual will have a wide range of transferrable skills with a proactive attitude and initiative

About the role - Banqueting Manager 

Main duties

· To manage the waiting staff so that the Personal Wedding Manager can devote their time to running an event 

· Lead, train, and motivate the Front of House team 

· Plan and deliver exceptional service for weddings and other events 

· To assist with rota completion and deal with any Front of House staffing issues

· To ensure the waiting team have a good knowledge of food and beverages served at each event

· To drive service excellence and ensure smooth running of food and canape service and uphold quality standards

· To participate in all preparation, cleaning down and all waiting duties along with monthly deep cleans

. Complete a monthly stock takes as required by the Venue Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
