Reservations Coordinator

We have an exciting new opportunity in Gaucho's Central Reservations Team for a Reservations Coordinator. The ideal candidate may have previous experience in a reservations role or a guest facing role within hospitality, and have a confident and warm personality.

Location: London, Head office, Oxford Circus

Hours: 5 week rolling rota – Need to be available 5 days per week between Mon and Sun –shifts between 9am and 8pm.

Salary: £32,000 per annum plus benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Be THE first point of contact for our guests, have a confident and warm personality with the aim to exceed the expectations of the guest, and leave a good first impression.
• Be fully accountable for the reservations, by telephone + email and through third party platforms
• Support the managers run a smooth and successful operation to support the restaurants.
