What will you be doing? ?

As our Social Media & Content Creator, you will thrive on creativity and independence. This will be your space to experiment, lead, and shape how our brand is represented online. You’ll be trusted to run with ideas, test new approaches, and bring your creative vision to life, all while keeping in line with our brand values and identity.

You will report directly to our Marketing Manager & Head of Brand, and will also liaise with other teams across the business including Food Development & Operations.

Specific responsibilities will include ?

• Take full creative ownership of our social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Dream up and produce original content - from directing in-house photoshoots to capturing day-to-day moments.
• Write copy in your own voice that feels authentic to the brand, from quick-fire posts to in-depth blogs.
• Research & implement how best to use paid ads to amplify reach and optimise performance.
• Report on key data, share insights, and use them to refine your approach & develop other areas of the business.
• Engage with our community in a way that feels natural and true to the brand.
• Build relationships and collaborations with brand partners.
• Curate and manage influencer partnerships, building genuine long-term relationships.
• Shape and deliver influencer campaigns - from gifting to store visits to event coverage.
• Take charge of planning and running events that create buzz online and offline.

About you ?

• A passion for food & coffee is a must!
• An outgoing, approachable and friendly person.
• Strong creative eye, a passion for storytelling, detail-oriented & a commitment to trend-spotting.
• Happy to step in front of the camera and be a visible part of our brand content.
• Worked or studied in a creative field.
• Experience creating content across multiple platforms, with understanding that one size doesn’t fit all.
• A natural relationship-builder with influencers, collaborators, and community members.
• Organised, proactive, and excited to take ownership of projects from start to finish. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Abobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop & Lightroom.
• Experience in Canva is a bonus.
• A valid UK driving license & reliable transport.
• Experience in the hospitality industry would be helpful, but is not essential.

When & Where will you work? ?

• Full time (Mon-Fri).
• Based in Cheltenham, with regular travel to our stores across the country (Bristol, Birmingham, London etc.)

We will begin interviewing from the end of September.
