We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team and run our kitchen.

What we look for in a Sous Chef:
- As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
 - Someone who will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
 - A creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.
 - Bring the best out of the kitchen team.
 - Take pride in every successful service.
 - A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role.
