Milk Beach, a modern Australian restaurant and bar located in Soho, is known for its high-quality, seasonal ingredients and culturally diverse cuisine. We offer refined dinner sharing plates and creative Aussie-style brunches in a casual setting. 

Milk Beach is currently seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join their experienced kitchen team. The role includes full operational responsibilities alongside the Head Chef, with a focus on team management, food safety, and kitchen excellence. 

Ideal candidates will have strong Australian and/or Southeast Asian culinary backgrounds, proven leadership and organisational skills, and a passion for learning. The position offers a supportive work environment, ongoing training, mentorship, and up to three days off per week.
