About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and guest-focused person to join our team at Fego Marlow on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves hosting, enjoys delivering outstanding service, and thrives in a busy, vibrant environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Front of House Team Member, you will:

• Welcome and take care of our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from start to finish.

• Confidently run your section and ensure guests’ needs are met throughout their visit.

• Recommend dishes, discuss ingredients, and cater to dietary requirements and preferences.

• Work closely with the whole team – at Fego, there are no front-of-house/kitchen divides – we are one team working together.

• Provide attentive, warm, and friendly service, even during busy periods.

Previous hospitality experience is desirable, but more important is a positive attitude, a love for great service, and the ability to work well under pressure as part of a team.
