Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE) + a share of monthly service charge, approx. 2k a year
Hours: 40+ hours including weekends & bank holidays, various shift patterns to cover breakfast through to dinner service.

? The Role

·         Support the Restaurant Manager in leading and inspiring the team.

·         Oversee daily service – from breakfast through to dinner – ensuring every guest leaves with unforgettable memories.

·         Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver excellence.

·         Deputise for the Restaurant Manager when required.

·         Maintain smooth, professional operations across all shifts.

? About You

We’re looking for a hospitality professional who brings:

·         Experience in bar/restaurant management with a hands-on approach.

·         Customer service flair – you thrive on creating unforgettable guest experiences.

·         Confidence with tech – including Microsoft systems and Micros/Simphony EPOS.

·         Leadership & teamwork – a natural motivator with the ability to step up and take initiative.

·         Polish & professionalism in every interaction.
