Job Description

Preparing and cooking all breakfast dishes to order and ensuring they conform to agreed standards before service.
Maintaining the highest level of work cleanliness and hygiene throughout all duties and in compliance with HACCP regulations.
Carrying out ordering duties as required.
Dealing with the intake of deliveries

The Candidate

Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
Ability to adjust to high-pressure situations as they arise in a busy kitchen.
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent knowledge of HACCP

Skills Required

Food Preparation, Food Production, Food Hygiene, Customer focus.
Food Production, Menu preparation, Attention to Detail, and Ordering.
