- Preparing and cooking all breakfast dishes to order and ensuring they conform to agreed standards before service.
- Maintaining the highest level of work cleanliness and hygiene throughout all duties and in compliance with HACCP regulations.
- Carrying out ordering duties as required.
- Dealing with the intake of deliveries
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
- Ability to adjust to high-pressure situations as they arise in a busy kitchen.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP
- Food Preparation, Food Production, Food Hygiene, Customer focus.
- Food Production, Menu preparation, Attention to Detail, and Ordering.
- Interact and communicate with guests and colleagues in a courteous, friendly and professional manner at all times.
- To be fully aware of all company policies and procedures.
- Be aware of the day’s business, both in room occupancy, special requirements, and VIP needs.
- Be consistently presentable and approachable at all times.
- Be innovative – develop and implement new ideas contributing to company success.
- Protect and promote the image of The Address Collective at all times.
