Reservationist

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised, and proactive Reservations Agent to join the team for a high-end neighbourhood restaurant in West London

You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, handling bookings, enquiries, and special requests with warmth and professionalism – helping us create a smooth and welcoming experience from the very first interaction.

• Salary - £13 per hour + Service charge
• Work schedule - Monday - Friday

What you'll be doing as a Reservationist: 

• Managing incoming reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
• Building strong relationships with VIPs, regulars and new guests alike
• Coordinating with the front of house and events teams to ensure seamless service
• Keeping booking systems up to date and handling group enquiries
• Oversee group bookings, including confirmation of details, special requests, and coordination with staff to ensure smooth execution on the day of the reservation.
• Proactively handle any guest concerns related to reservations, ensuring timely resolutions to maintain high customer satisfaction. 

• Supporting the team with admin tasks as needed

About you, our new Reservationist:

• Previous experience in a reservations or front-of-house role (hospitality or similar)
• Friendly, confident communicator with great attention to detail
• Calm under pressure and naturally well-organised
• A genuine love for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
• Knowledge of reservation systems (like SevenRooms, ResDiary or OpenTable) is a plus – but not essential
• Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable but not imperative.
• Flexible to work day time & evenings.
