Octagon Bartender

Full-Time Position (40 hours) - £25,396.80 per annum plus service charge 

Shifts are based around the Octagon Bar's hours (12:00 PM–12:30 AM), therefore they may run from 11:30 AM to 1:30 AM.

Your role in our family:

• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
• Craft and serve high-quality drinks, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar at all times.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests on beverages.
• Uphold Sopwell House’s standards of luxury and hospitality.
• Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
• Help create a warm, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere.
• Take pride in presentation and attention to detail in every aspect of your role.
• Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Be available for evening and weekend shifts as required.

What would make you the perfect fit?

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally in hospitality or a luxury setting
• Strong barista and bartending skills — essential for this role
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Confident, professional, and personable with great communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmen
