At our stylish lifestyle hotel in the heart of Henley-on-Thames, we’re searching for a proactive, hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our friendly crew. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping standards sky-high, supporting the Head Housekeeping , and making sure every guest’s experience is nothing short of flawless.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading by example—keeping rooms and public areas spotless and beautifully presented
• Supporting, guiding, and motivating the housekeeping team day-to-day
• Allocating daily tasks and checking rooms to ensure they shine
• Helping with training and supporting new starters
• Jumping in with hands-on tasks whenever needed (we’re all in it together!)
• Making sure supplies are stocked and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes

If you’ve had some housekeeping or supervisory experience before, brilliant! If not, but you’ve got leadership skills, a positive attitude, and pride in high standards—we’d love to chat.
