Accountabilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative operations and contractor liaison. 
  • Updating room matrix and communicate highs and lows on a weekly basis 
  • Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Maintenance and Front Of House. 
  • Effectively coordinate the repairs process by liaising with contractors/suppliers, and engineers. 
  • Work closely with maintenance to manage planned maintenance visits for key contractors and suppliers. 
  • Actively coordinate timely scheduled PPM visits with maintenance to ensure rooms are being visited once every 3 months 
  • Ensuring that PPM findings are converted into dockets within 2 working days 
  • To ensure painting & decorating plan for the upcoming week is ready for management review 
  • Take ownership of VIP allocations 
  • Retrieval of requisitions from the off-site storage on Brick Street. 
  • Prepare and present a report on works carried out the past week and works planned for the upcoming week every Tuesday. 
  • Organise and oversee all health & safety related paperwork proactively 
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain up-to-date records. 
  • Proactively suggest ideas for enhancements of processes and efficiency. 
  • To be flexible within your role to help in different departments and around the hotel as and when required. 
  • Flexible approach towards rotas as weekend work is required
