As Supervisor at Supernova Soho, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team — supporting daily operations, keeping service smooth, and motivating your team to deliver the energy and hospitality we’re known for.

You’ll be the go-to person on shift: managing front-of-house flow, helping coordinate with the kitchen, and ensuring every guest gets fast, friendly, top-tier service. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.

• Lead and support the team during service

• Ensure smooth coordination for quick, accurate orders

• Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and energy

• Help train, coach, and motivate new and existing team members

• Manage tills, stock, and daily opening/closing procedures

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and positivity

• Uphold health & safety, hygiene, and food safety protocols

• Support the management team with operational tasks and reporting as needed

• At least 1 year of supervisory or shift leader experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• A genuine passion for guest experience and team leadership

• Organised, calm under pressure, and able to multitask in a dynamic setting

• Strong communication skills and a natural motivator

• Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
