- Maximise potential: Use data-driven strategies to optimise room, F&B, spa, and event revenue across all distribution channels.
- Lead the numbers: Monitor, analyse, and forecast demand using industry tools and systems, ensuring our pricing and inventory strategies are on point.
- Manage channels: Maintain rate parity, visibility, and content across OTA, GDS, brand websites and direct channels, ensuring seamless systems integration.
- Collaborate widely: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Reservations to ensure alignment across the business and drive total revenue.
- Own the forecast: Prepare and lead forecasting meetings, budget submissions, pace reports, and support strategic commercial planning.
- Elevate campaigns: Guide digital marketing efforts through insights and results tracking, from PPC to seasonal packages and tactical promotions.
- Know the market: Keep ahead of competitor pricing, local demand patterns, geopolitical shifts, and emerging revenue opportunities.
You’re commercially savvy with a love for detail and an eye for opportunity. Here’s what helps you shine in this role as our Revenue Manager:
- Proven experience in a revenue management role within an IHG hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of Opera PMS, IHG Concerto, CRS, channel managers, and data analysis tools
- Commercial acumen across all revenue streams, not just rooms
- Excellent forecasting, analytical, and reporting skills
- Ability to lead meetings, influence stakeholders, and drive performance
- Comfortable with pricing strategy, digital marketing integration, and budget ownership
- Experience with luxury or lifestyle hotel brands and pre-opening strategy is a plus
