- Drive business: Manage your own key accounts and generate new leads across corporate, leisure, group, and event segments.
- Exceed expectations: Smash your personal targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the hotel: room nights, ADR, F&B, and event revenue.
- Strategise smartly: Work closely with the Group Director of Sales & Marketing to design and execute commercial plans, promotional campaigns, and proactive sales strategies.
- Build relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with our cluster sales and marketing teams, IHG Sales teams, clients, agencies, and local businesses that go beyond transactions, and keep guests coming back.
- Know your market: Stay on top of local trends, competitor activity, and demand shifts to identify new opportunities and adapt plans quickly.
- Own your numbers: Prepare regular reports, track conversion, and share insights that keep us commercially sharp and proactive.
You’re dynamic, persuasive, and love closing deals, but also thrive on building relationships and making connections that last. To shine in this role, you’ll ideally have:
- At least 4–5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, IHG sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to generate business across multiple segments
- A commercial mind-set and strong understanding of sales KPIs, budgeting, and reporting
- Confidence with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- A collaborative spirit, great presentation skills, and natural rapport with clients
- Fluency in English (other languages are a bonus) and pre-opening strategy experience is a plus.
