The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team and Support lead our vibrant bar operations.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the bar, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement innovative beverage programs to enhance the guest experience.
• Train, motivate, and supervise bar staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar, monitoring and replenishing inventory as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create enticing drink and food pairings.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Bar supervisor or a similar role in a high-volume setting.
• In-depth knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and current industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
