Tunbridge Wells Care Centre is a bright, modern home in a residential area of Royal Tunbridge Wells, offering person-centred nursing, dementia and palliative care for up to 70 residents. The home features spacious ensuite rooms, wheelchair-accessible facilities, welcoming communal areas, a dedicated hair salon and large landscaped gardens, all supported by a compassionate team committed to kindness, dignity and comfort.

What We Offer You

• 12.81 – £13.27 per hour
• Flexible contracts (typical week is 34.5 hrs/week – we’ll work with you)
• Shift patterns: Days 7am–7pm | Nights 7pm–7am
• Paid break time - 30 mins of your hour is paid
• Full training & paid DBS
• Funded qualifications (NVQs / diplomas in care)
• Clear career pathway: Care Assistant → Senior Carer → Team Leader → Nursing

• Overtime incentive (extra pay for hours above contract)

As a Care Assistant, you’ll -

• Support residents with daily routines and personal care
• Encourage independence and dignity
• Join in with wellbeing and social activities
• Provide companionship, conversation, and a friendly smile
• Build strong, trusted relationships with residents and their families
