Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday | Daytime shifts

Pay Rate: £13.50 – £14.00 per hour

We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen at a prestigious client site in Leicester (LE19 1SW). Working in a professional and well-equipped environment, you’ll play a vital role in preparing high-quality meals for staff and guests. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef looking to work in a structured kitchen with excellent working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality at all times
• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen
• Assisting with stock control, labelling, and food safety documentation
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
• Able to work well under pressure and maintain high standards during busy service periods
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) are desirable
