We're looking for a dynamic, adaptable professional to join our team as a Mobile Head Housekeeper, covering luxury hotel sites located between Shepperton and Maidstone.

This is a permanent position, ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys leading teams, and is confident stepping into different hotel environments at short notice.

?? Important: You must live within the Shepperton-Maidstone corridor and be happy to travel using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support housekeeping teams across multiple 3*-5* hotel properties

• Step into operational roles quickly to maintain exceptional housekeeping standards

• Train, manage, and motivate on-site housekeeping staff

• Ensure consistent presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction

• Work closely with hotel management to address and resolve operational challenges

? What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Head Housekeeper in 3*-5* hotels

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Flexible and hands-on approach with the ability to adapt quickly

• Exceptional attention to detail and service quality

• Full driving licence and own vehicle required - must be happy to travel across sites between Shepperton and Maidstone
