Our client, a bustling Pizzeria, is currently recruiting for an experienced Pizza Chef who is ideally at Sous Chef level to join their fantastic team. They are using only the finest, authentic ingredients to create the best pizzas in the area. They are looking for an enthusiastic Pizza Sous Chef to bring their knowledge and skills to the kitchen.

The ideal Pizza Chef will have had experience in a similar position and be confident working on their own or within a small team. The successful candidate will handle a high volume, and ideally, you will have the ability to train others as required. As Pizza Sous Chef, you will work closely with the other members in the kitchen and be involved in new menu conception. You must have good kitchen management skills and be committed to providing a high level of cuisine and service at all times. A passion for Pizza’s is essential, and prior experience in a similar environment is highly desirable.

The ideal Pizza Chef will:

· Have the ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and determination

· Have previous fresh-dough and pizza experience

· Have good hygiene awareness and knowledge

A car driver will be preferred.
