Cleaning Operative / Janitor

Location: Newcastle / SunderlandContract: Temp to Perm - Full TimeHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to FridaySalary: £13.00 per hour (equivalent to £27,040.00 per annum)

A growing facilities services provider is seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative / Janitor to support various client sites across the Northeast region.

This position involves a range of cleaning duties, including internal cleaning of managed properties and builder's cleans for new build developments. Additional responsibilities include window cleaning using Reach and Wash systems, along with other associated tasks.

While you'll be part of a wider team, the role requires a high level of independence and self-motivation, as you'll be travelling between sites to complete your duties.

• Based in or near Newcastle / Sunderland
• Full, clean UK driving licence (a company van is provided for business use)
• Strong communication skills
• Previous relevant experience is required
• Basic IT literacy
• Understanding of Health & Safety legislation
• Willingness to undertake training
