Cleaner

Riverside Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and reliable cleaner to work alongside an established team at Tebay, Penrith. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various areas within a service station including Toilets, Floors and Public Areas. As a cleaner, your role is crucial in creating a safe, pleasant, and productive environment for all customers, and visitors.Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitise all common areas, restrooms, kitchens, walkways.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
• Ensure waste is disposed of properly and recycling protocols are followed.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained and in working condition.
• Handle and dispose of cleaning materials safely and according to guidelines.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.

• Flexible working hours - Working hours will vary between 10am and 9pm Monday to Sunday.
